1.3. The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
    1.4. Returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt).

2. Return Process

2.3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2.4. Bradley Circuits is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refund Policy

3.2. If approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
3.3. Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

4.1. We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. If you need an exchange, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
4.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

5.1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report the issue within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
5.2. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items and offer a replacement or full refund.
